where such processing is strictly necessary for fraud prevention, cybersecurity,
bot detection, payment security, account protection, platform integrity, or legal
compliance, and where such processing is permitted under applicable law as a
lawful basis, legitimate use, legal obligation, security requirement, or other
permitted processing ground.
