3. CORE PRINCIPLES

3.1 No Income Guarantee

STCNET does not guarantee any income, earnings, commission, incentive,
financial return, business success, employment, salary, passive income,
investment return, or assured benefit to any participant.

No person is entitled to income merely because they:

  • register with STCNET;
  • join as a Promoter / Referrer;
  • refer another person;
  • recruit or introduce another person;
  • occupy any level, position, rank, or placement;
  • build a team or network;
  • remain active on the platform;
  • purchase products;
  • self-consume products;
  • attend training or meetings;
  • share links or promotional content;
  • hold a dashboard account.

3.2 Sale-Only Remuneration

Any commission, incentive, payout, or benefit that may become payable is:

  • sale-linked — arising only from eligible completed product / service sales;
  • variable — not fixed, predetermined, minimum, or assured;
  • conditional — subject to eligibility checks, returns, refunds, cancellations,
    chargebacks, fraud review, KYC, tax compliance, and policy compliance;
  • capped — limited under STCNET’s Compensation Structure & Commission
    Disclosure Policy;
  • non-assured — with no promise of amount, frequency, continuity, or
    future availability.

No sale means no commission.

3.3 No Recruitment Income

STCNET does not pay and shall not represent that it pays income for:

  • joining;
  • registration;
  • enrolment;
  • recruitment;
  • adding members;
  • introducing Promoters / Referrers;
  • team creation;
  • network building;
  • filling levels;
  • rank achievement;
  • positional placement;
  • chain expansion.

Any compensation, where applicable, is linked only to eligible completed
product / service sales and not to recruitment or mere participation.

3.4 No Passive Income

STCNET does not represent that any commission or earning is:

  • passive;
  • automatic;
  • effortless;
  • recurring without ongoing eligible sales;
  • residual without genuine product / service sales;
  • generated by downline activity alone;
  • generated by network position alone;
  • generated without lawful customer transactions.

3.5 Results Vary

Individual outcomes, if any, may vary significantly and depend on factors
including:

  • actual consumer demand;
  • genuine eligible product / service sales;
  • individual effort and lawful activity;
  • product category and commission eligibility;
  • compliance with STCNET policies;
  • returns, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks;
  • market conditions;
  • customer behaviour;
  • regulatory restrictions;
  • KYC and tax compliance;
  • ethical and lawful conduct;
  • personal capability, time, skill, and consistency.

Most participants may earn little or nothing if eligible sales are not generated.

4. PRIMARY DISCLAIMER TEXT
